Quitclaim And Grant Deed Notary Services
The purpose of a deed is to transfer a title, a legal document proving ownership of a property or asset, to another person. For the document to be binding in a court of law, it must be filed in the public by a local government official tasked with maintaining documents. The signing of a deed must be notarized.
Types of deeds include grant deeds, warranty deeds and quitclaim deeds. As a notary since 2001, I have notarized hundreds of Deeds and while I am not an attorney and cannot give legal advice, I do have significant experience in notarizing these types of documents.
